The CU Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, and Diversity (CU-LEAD) Alliance is a set of multidisciplinary academic neighborhoods whose students, faculty, and staff are united to promote diversity and educational excellence for students from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation college students.
