Leeds School of Business Opens Its Newly Renovated And Expanded Home

The University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business opened its newly renovated and expanded home, the Koelbel Building, in August 2007, and officially dedicated the building on Oct. 19, following a yearlong construction project.

Named after the Koelbel family, leaders in Colorado's real estate industry, the $38 million project added 65,000 square feet to the existing 100,000 square-foot building.

Paid for in part by CU students, the Koelbel Building provides business students with the learning environment and technological tools they need to succeed, including team rooms, interview rooms for recruiters, an information commons and additional classrooms designed to foster group discussion.
